PBRI headquarters in Frederick, MD. PBRI is pleased to announce that the corporate headquarters location has been selected. PBRI will operate on International Blvd. in Frederick Maryland, just miles from Ft. Detrick Maryland.

PBRI launches new web site. This new site will provide visitors with information regarding PBRI and our programs.

PBRI commits to attend BIO. PBRI will partner with the State of Maryland and participate at the BIO conference in May.
Triple Helix
Triple Helix is a model whereby government, industry, and academia are brought together in order to solve problems. Each one of these diverse groups brings together a unique set of strengths.
Government brings regulation and processes to the equation. In many cases, government is the only entities capable of funding certain types of programs and projects.
Industry brings a know-how in regards to commercializing and promoting a product or service. Industry is typically employs great innovators and brings risk capital to bear on projects.
Academia brings thoughtfulness and patience when exploring products. The worlds thought leaders are many times associated with an institution of higher education.
When these three groups are brought together to address an issue, the resulting product is generally better than if any one group worked independently on the issue.
